Design Home Management are proud to have La Manga Club's premier maintenance and building team, specialising in anything from changing a light bulb to complete property refurbishment.
Due to the nature and varied range of La Manga Club's properties we have found it vital over the years for us to retain a full time team of skilled 'in house' trades. Our team includes fully trained Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters along with fully qualified project managers who liase on your behalf with only the best Architects at La Manga Club.
Quite simply no job is too small or too large with our maintenance team effecting daily works such as changing light bulbs, blocked drains, refurbishment of bathrooms / kitchens, re tiling of terraces - to complete property renovation up to and including new build projects.

What do I do in an Emergency?
From time to time as in all parts of the world, properties do have accidents. Although accidents are not common : such as water over flow or electricity surges - these require urgent assistance and with this in mind Design Home Management are pleased to advise that we have a premier call out service for all of our clients.
