Property Management
Design Management offers a comprehensive service to La Manga Club property owners which includes detailed inspection and airing on either a Monthly, Fortnightly or Weekly basis - whichever level you decide is best for your needs.
During this inspection, your property will be opened and aired and any faults/problems will be notified and dealt with accordingly. Particular attention will be given to any possible water damage/leakage, humidity levels, condition of interior furnishings and detection of vermin. Electrical appliances will also be checked. A written report may be accessed at any time during a visit to our La Manga Club offices.
In the case of an emergency, an owner will be contacted directly.
What does your annual Inspection fee pay for?
- A specific Property Inspector who will air, assess and report back with any recommendations for improvements on your property
- A dedicated Reservations Team to co-ordinate all the details of your visits, to ensure that your property is fully prepared on your arrival
- A bilingual Reception Team on site at La Manga Club who are helpful and well informed, who are happy to help you and your guests at all times
- A Maintenance Team who apply the same attention to detail, to all jobs, whether it be changing a light bulb or a major building project. Our team has twenty-four hour call out service for all our properties. (All maintenance works are billed seperatly to management fees)
- A Housekeeping Department who take pride in their work and will prepare the house prior to your arrival, ensuring your free time starts the moment you arrive on resort. We also have our own inhouse Design Home Management laundry on site at La Manga Club.
- An Accounts Department who can deal with all of your financial commitments such as local taxes, electricity payments, club and community fees offering you complete peace of mind
