Colleen Barry
Director of Customer Services
Having lived in Spain for many years, Colleen is only too aware of the many pitfalls of property ownership at La manga Club and the Murcia region.
As an American national, Colleen brings with her a wealth of experience in customer service and complete dedication to client care at all times. Heading up our caring team on resort, her aim is to offer each owner the highest level of customer service possible, to match the ever increasing expectations of owners at La Manga Club!

Jose Samper
Property Inspections Manager
José joined Design Home Management in 1998 having brought to our team a wealth of experience gained in the hotel / leisure industry in the UK.
Having worked tirelessly from reception, reservations to customer services Jose gained invaluable experience of each department before becoming Property Inspections Manager in 2004. Jose's current responsibilities include organising our team of inspectors to inspect each one of our La Manga Club properties and liase effectively with each of our owners and our maintenance team, to ensure all properties are maintained to the highest level at all times.
José is always available to liase with all departments of our company on your behalf.
Miguel Moreno
Head Receptionist
Miguel has worked in La Manga Club since 2001 where he originally worked for the Hyatt hotel group.
He joined Design Home Management in 2003 bringing with him a wealth of ´customer service knowledge´. Having worked initially as assistant to our maintenance manager Miguel has gained an extensive insight into the workings of both Design Home Management and it´s client base - invaluable in his current position of receptionist.
Miguel has a great knowledge in computer skills and he is always willing to apply them in developing projects and evolving our client services division. After 8 months of absence due to a severe knee injury Design Home Management staff and La Manga Club owners welcome him back to his new position as head receptionist.
Karen Clinton
Head Housekeeper
Karen's role at Design Home Management is to help run the housekeeping department with our superb team of maids. They liase with each La Manga Club owner to obtain cleaning requirements for the arrivals of each owner, guest and client. Preparing the properties to their specifications and any other extras they may require : such as flowers arranged for guests, champagne, shopping lists etc. Karen's responsibilities also include the Design Laundry.

Jo Jo Vallejo
Maintenance Manager
Having joined Design Home Management in 1999, Jo Jo has been rewarded for his sterling service and has recently been promoted to Maintenance Manager.
Jo Jo's is responsible for our highly motivated maintenance team who can effect small building works from the fixing of a light bulb, to complete renovations and 'new build projects.' Jo Jo and his team are largely to thank for the many home improvements of La Manga club properties.
If any of our owners would like to discuss any building projects Jo Jo would be delighted to assist them.
Leo Garcia
Maintenance Assistant
Having joined Design Home Management in 2004, she has been quoted as saying, 'I am delighted to say it has been one of the most enjoyable years of my life, working in a great team environment in truly one of the finest resorts in Europe - La Manga Club.'
Leo originally started working in reception and having enjoyed such a wonderful working relationship with our owners, she was promoted to work in our maintenance division and is responsible for client liaison during and after all building projects.
Leo has an English degree from Murcia University and has been described by many of our owners, as one of the most personable and professional employees within the Design Group of Companies.
Design Home Management owners Paul Killick and Johnny Barr oversee the operation from the UK. They are both frequent visitors to our offices at La Manga Club.
